Background

Vivimu is a US-based natural wellness e-commerce brand offering cutting-edge hemp-derived cannabinoids.  They specialize in concentrated formulas that are rigorously tested, offered at near wholesale prices with blazing fast shipping.  Their customers can create a unique and personalized experience with Vivimu’s wide selection of products.  

Vivimu’s goal was to leverage their subscriber list and website traffic to increase their monthly revenue run rate without ad spend.

What we did

Vivimu had a healthy email campaign strategy and cadence, but they were missing key email flows.

We identified 4 flows to implement that would compliment their email campaigns and website traffic to drive repeatable sales.    

We built out their welcome series, website pop-up email capture, abandoned cart, browse abandonment and a post-purchase upsell flow.  

With each email campaign they sent, they would get more and more triggers of their browse and abandoned cart flows.    

Their new website traffic was converted into new subscribers who would receive their new welcome series.

The results

The new email flows generated over $11,000 in new sales in the first 30 days. 

In the first 30 days, their ROI on the project was over 200%.

In 90 days, the flows have generated over $46,000.

The best part?  With the flow assets that we built, these new sales are evergreen.  They will continue to get more sales that scale with their business, all for a one-time project investment.  

Their new website pop-up email lead capture added 400 new subscribers each month, converting at 6.3% (3% is average).

The Raw Botanics Co. is a beyond organic, natural wellness e-commerce brand.  They specialize in formulas that pair CBD with exotic cannabinoids, mushroom supplements, and custom terpenes to optimize the health and wellbeing of their customers.

Their goal was to amplify the bottom-line results of their social media marketing by improving the conversion rate of their website.   

What we did

After starting, Convert Factor learned more about Raw Botanics’ mission, brand voice and selling proposition.  This was followed by an audit of Raw Botanics’ Klaviyo account.   

We then got to work, reshaping their subscriber list and leaving it leaner and more engaged.  We rebuilt and added key email automations in the brand’s voice that had more of a personal touch. 

The welcome series flow now educated new subscribers about the brand’s unique origin story and how their products can help.  It showcased raving customer reviews.  It incentivized new subscribers to make their first purchase.   

Next, we integrated their Shopify apps into their email marketing and built out their Rebuy cart upselling app.  We added recommended products, a ‘switch to subscription’ upsell as well as a post-purchase upsell to their site’s cart and checkout pages.  

The 30 day Results

Monthly rate of new for subscribe-and-save customers grew by 75% .

Revenue from email automations increased by 48%.

Welcome series placed order rate increased by 46%.

Rebuy app upsells rocketed to 15% of the store’s sales, an increase of 197% from before implementation.

Pop-up email lead capture increased by 30%.  

Improved average email campaign open rates from 17% to 30%.

Saved hundreds of dollars per month on Klaviyo fees.
